FEATURES :
Automatic Voltage Regulation: It maintains a constant voltage during operation, even if there is a fluctuation in mains voltage. It prevents feed speed fluctuation, which may occur during operation.
Soft Startup: It starts with zero voltage and gradually increases to the desired voltage during startup. It prevents shock to the vibratory feeder.
Preset Speeds: It stores four different feed speed settings. It allows preset speed settings that may be activated by external short-circuit signals.
Remote ON/OFF Control: It contains two groups of ON/OFF control terminals that may be connected with a PLC or a sensor. It allows easy remote control.
Photoelectric ON/OFF Control: It may be connected with intelligent photoelectric sensors for automatic start and stop control. It enhances efficiency by automatically controlling the vibratory feeder.
Remote Speed Control: It allows adjustment of output voltage by means of an external potentiometer or PLC signal, or 1 to 5V DC signal. It allows remote control of speed without manual intervention.
DC Control Output: It supplies low-voltage DC for external solenoid or relay control. Logical control settings may be used for synchronized control.
Overheat Protection: It continuously checks the internal temperature of the controller. It stops automatically if there is an occurrence of overheating.
Short-Circuit Protection: The fuse protection provided in the controller will act in the event of a short circuit at the output terminals, thereby preventing damage to the controller
